MY MOTHER'S SOUR CREAM RAISIN
PIE
 
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg yolks until thick. Add sour cream, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Beat until blended well. Add raisins. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Put in 9 inch baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown.
