RAISIN CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites

Take 1 1/2 cup raisins cook until soft. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and a pinch of salt, stir in 1 1/2 cups sour cream, add 2 teaspoon vanilla, 2 egg yolks beaten; stir into cooked raisins and cook until thick. Pour into already baked pie shell. Beat egg whites for meringue and pout on top and brown.
