SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE | |
1 c. raisins, cook, drain, set aside 1 c. sour cream 1 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 3 egg yolks 1 c. pecans Heat sour cream, sugar, salt and flour; add vanilla and beat egg yolks. Cook for 5 minutes. It will be bubbly, don't boil hard. Remove from heat, add raisins and nuts. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue. |
