ANDREA'S EGG CASSEROLE 
4 lg. slices of sour dough bread
Butter
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded Jack cheese
4 oz. diced Ortega chilies (mild or to suit your taste)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Trim crust from sour dough bread. Spread one side of each slice with butter. Put butter side down in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Be sure to cover dish bottom. You may need to cut and piece. Sprinkle bread with cheese and top with diced chilies. Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients; beat with mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour egg mixture over chili/cheese base. Cover and chill overnight. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Enjoy!
