BERNIE'S EASY SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. fruit gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 pt. sherbet
1 3/4 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add sherbet and stir until dissolved. Add cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour into 4 large or 2 small molds and refrigerate. Pretty and good in orange, lemon, lime or raspberry, using same flavor for sherbet and gelatin.
