MEATBALLS AND SAUERKRAUT 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute celery and onion in butter. Add hamburger, rice, egg, and salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Line roaster or pot with kraut that has rinsed and squeezed. Layer meat balls then kraut. Top with 1 can tomato soup and half a can of water. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325 degrees.
