MEATBALLS AND SAUERKRAUT 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1/4 c. tomato juice

Mix well. Form into 18 meatballs, or smaller if desired.

SAUCE:

1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
1 bottle water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 can kraut, drained
1 can whole cranberry sauce

Simmer until blended well. Put 1/2 sauce in bottom of casserole. Arrange meatballs. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
