SAUERKRAUT AND MEATBALL SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Shape into small meatballs. Brown. May double meatball recipe if you wish.

CHICKEN BROTH:

5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 qts. water

Add to the broth 1/3 cup evaporated milk mixed with 1/3 cup water. Melt 1 stick butter; add 1 cup flour to make roux. Mix this into hot chicken broth; mix with wire whip or electric mixer. Add 32 ounces well drained sauerkraut and meatballs. Simmer or put in crock pot.
