HARVEST NUTTY FRUIT PIE 
Unbaked 9" pie shell
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until puffed and brown.
