JEN'S AUTUMN HARVEST POWER SHAKE 
Great for breakfast/lunch or before or after a workout.

15 oz. soft/silken tofu (Mori-Nu works best)
6-8 oz. carrot juice (depending on consistency preference)
2 tsp. blackstrap molasses
1 tbsp. Bourbon vanilla extract
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Sweeten to desired sweetness with preferred sweetener (choose one):

2 pkts. Splenda
1 pkt. Sweet-n-low
1 tbsp honey

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
