HIGH PROTEIN POWER BALLS 
3 or 4 squares graham crackers, crushed
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
3 tbsp. water

Mix dry ingredients. Add peanut butter. Add chocolate chips, stir and add water. Shape into balls.

These are very good for extra energy before or during sports.
