EASIEST CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING
CAKE!

1 (4 oz.) pkg. jello chocolate pudding (cook & serve, not instant)
2 cups milk
1 pkg. Devils food cake mix (without pudding in the mix*)
1 (6 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Note: I use a Duncan Hines mix since its the only one I've found without pudding already in the mix.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 13x9-inch cake pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) or use butter to lightly grease.

Prepare pudding according to package directions (pour 2 cups milk into 2-quart saucepan. Add pudding mix. Bring up to boil and pudding begins to thicken).

At this point, the fun begins. After the pudding thickens, remove the pan from stovetop. Dump in the dry cake mix and stir to blend well. The cake will be "cooking" as you are mixing. Spread in prepared 13x9-inch cake pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean).

May be served warm with ice cream or anytime!
