5 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 c. shredded coconut
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Orange, banana, or pineapple extract

Mix all ingredients in listed order in blender. Pour into lightly greased 9- inch pie pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.

Finished result will be pie crust, coconut custard filling, and shredded coconut topping.
