LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
16 oz. lasagne noodles
2 eggs
3 c. ricotta or creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

Brown meat, add all seasonings, tomatoes, and paste. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Drain and rinse cooked noodles. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella. Layer half the noodles in a 9x13x2 inch baking dish. Spread with half of meat sauce, half ricotta cheese, half Mozzarella. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite salad.
