CARROT SALAD | |
1/3 c. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. sugar 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained 2 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut Mix mayonnaise and sugar; stir in remaining ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Serve on crisp salad greens. |
