BARBEQUED PORK CHOPS 
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
1 med. onion
1 minced clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients in a pan and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Pour over pork chops-shoulder in deep dish, cool. Refrigerate several hours (can marinate all day). Arrange chops in shallow baking dish. Cover with sauce and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
