CASS COUNTY BAR-B-QUED PORK CHOPS | |
1 (18 oz.) Open Pit Bar-B-Q sauce 1 (18 oz.) Kraft Bar-B-Q sauce Combine with 46 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice. Add: 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. garlic salt Pork chops cut 3/4 inch or thicker. Marinate chops for 24 hours. (May be frozen for later use as may sauce.) Avoid extremely high temperatures as the sauce is likely to char and this will give a burned look to the chops before they are cooked through. The marinate will keep the chops from becoming too dry even though they are cooked slowly. Seasons 50 pounds meat. |
