BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 c. water
2/3 c. (each) catsup, vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Accent

Combine in saucepan and simmer uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool. Pour over pork chops; refrigerate several hours. Arrange chops in shallow baking pan; pour sauce over all. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours; baste with sauce occasionally.
