BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
1/3 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. water

Arrange chops in 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce and water over chops. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH. Reduce heat to medium and heat 15-18 minutes or until chops are fork tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
