BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper
4 slices onion, 1/4 inch thick
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. catsup

Brown chops in fat. Drain off excess fat. Add water to cover bottom of skillet. Top each chop with slice of onion. Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Combine catsup and lemon juice. Pour over chops. Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 1 hour. Add more water if necessary to prevent sticking.
