2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
2 1/3 c. oatmeal

Mix in sauce pan sugar, butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil only 1 1/2 minutes. (Don't over boil) remove from heat. Add peanut butter and oatmeal mix. Pour into pan, let stand until hardens.
