ONION CASSEROLE | |
5 lg. onions, sliced (best with Vidalia onions) 12 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 lb. sausage, browned & drained 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. cheese, grated 1 sm. jar pimiento pepper Put onions in a 12"x7" dish, next put crackers and add sausage. Add a layer of onions on top with soup. Salt and pepper and seasoning salt to taste. Sprinkle layer of cheese and pimiento. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for one hour. |
