CRAB FILLED BUNS 
1 c. pitted ripe olives (optional)
1 c. crab meat
1 1/4 c. diced Swiss cheese
1 minced green onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
6 hamburger buns
Butter

Cut olives in large pieces. Flake crab meat, removing any bits of shell. Combine olives, crab meat, cheese, and onion. Blend with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Split buns and spread with butter. Fill with crab mixture. Wrap each bun in foil and place on baking sheet. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven about 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes in foil before serving. Makes 6 servings.
