EASY STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter (or half & half)

Mix as for pie crust. 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. water

Mix well; add to flour mixture and mix well. Roll dough into 2 balls; wrap in wax paper and chill. Dough keeps well if refrigerated and well wrapped. Roll out on foil and add favorite filling. Sprinkle with 1 crushed graham cracker. Bake at 350 degrees until nice and brown (approximately 45 minutes). After strudel is in pan, rub with water over entire top and sprinkle with sugar.
