HOMEMADE "SILLY PUTTY"
2 parts white glue (Elmers)
1 part Sta Flo liquid starch

Mix well.

It needs to dry a bit before it is "workable". It may be necessary to add a touch more glue or starch. You will have to experiment. It may not work well on a humid day. Store in an airtight container.

Has the same characteristics of commercial "Silly Putty". Beware of contact with clothes and carpet.

AMAZING! At first I thought it wouldn't turn out but don't get discouraged, just keep working it until it's not gooey and then have some fun!

Use a plastic cup and craft stick. Let kids 'go at it'. 2 tbsp. glue and 1 tbsp. starch makes a good amount to fill a plastic Easter egg. Took longer than I expected to get to the right commercial silly putty consistency.
