CHILI - GHETTI 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
Garlic powder to taste
4 c. (15 oz. cans) chili with meat & beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
1 c. sour cream

In large skillet, melt butter. Brown onion, ground beef and garlic. Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes and chili. Simmer about 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti and drain. Remove skillet from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Then fold in sour cream, chili and spaghetti. Mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. This may be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake. This also freezes well after baking.
