MEXICAN CAKE 
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts

FROSTING:

1 cube butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar as desired

Stir first 6 ingredients together. Cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Put frosting on cake while hot.
