ZUCCHINI PIE 
2 lb. zucchini, sliced thin
1 sm. onion, diced
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
1/2 lb. Muenster, grated
2 eggs
Milk

Line 9x13 inch casserole dish with flattened crescent roll dough. Saute zucchini and onion until tender and drain on a paper towel. Place zucchini and onion on top of dough, then add cheeses on top. Beat eggs and add milk until the mixture measures 2/3 cup. Add this to the top of the cheeses. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
