BROWN RICE 
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 stick butter
1 can Campbell's Beef Broth Bouillon Soup
1 can Cambpell's Consomme Beef Soup
1 c. rice (not 5 minute rice)

Saute one medium diced onion in 1/2 stick butter in a medium size casserole dish. Add 1 can of Campbell's Beef Broth Bouillon Soup and 1 can of Campbell's Consomme Beef Soup. Pour in 1 cup rice, cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes in microwave or 1 hour on 350 degrees in conventional oven. Serves 4 to 6.

I like this recipe because it only takes one dish for cooking, and it's a whole different taste than just plain white rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
