MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. can (5 oz.) tomato sauce

Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce. Pat mixture evenly around sides of large glass mixing bowl, leaving center open. Invert a small juice glass with opening at the bottom. (It looks like an angel food cake.) Pour tomato sauce over meat mixture. Cover with plastic wrap; puncture the wrap. Cook in microwave on high for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
