MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
SAUCE:

1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix and set aside.

MEAT LOAF:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine and make loaf and pour sauce over loaf and bake on cook level 3 for 25 to 30 minutes.

For firmer meat loaf, decrease tomato sauce to 3/4 cup, if desired. Add remaining to the sauce for the top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
