MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
SAUCE:

1/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

MEAT LOAF:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce: Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.

Combine all ingredients for meat loaf in large bowl. Mix well. Pat into 9 x 5 x 2 inch loaf dish. Cook on full power for 6 minutes. Pour sauce over meat loaf. Continue cooking on cook level 3 for 25-30 minutes or until temperature of 160 degrees is reached. Use temperature probe to heat to 160 degrees if microwave oven has this feature.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
