MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF | |
SAUCE: 1/3 c. catsup 1 tsp. Worcestershire 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard MEAT LOAF: 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Sauce: Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Set aside. Combine all ingredients for meat loaf in large bowl. Mix well. Pat into 9 x 5 x 2 inch loaf dish. Cook on full power for 6 minutes. Pour sauce over meat loaf. Continue cooking on cook level 3 for 25-30 minutes or until temperature of 160 degrees is reached. Use temperature probe to heat to 160 degrees if microwave oven has this feature. |
