1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
Dash of salt

Bring above ingredients to a boil for 1 full minute. Remove from heat and beat in quickly:

1 1/2 c. 3 minute oats
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c.peanut butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. nuts

Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Let cool and store in containers.
