ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
2 sm. fryers, cut up
1/2 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar
1 pkg. onion soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Melt butter; add nectar, onion soup mix and soy sauce. Put chicken in foil lined pan, skin side up. Pour sauce over chicken (keep some to baste). Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Don't turn, just bake, comes out glazed and delicious.
