ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
2 to 3 chicken breasts, skinned
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 pkg. frozen French bean or 1 1/2 c. fresh beans
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Cut chicken in strips. Pour oil into wok or 10 inch skillet; preheat at medium heat for 2 minutes. Add beans and ginger; cook 3 minutes; stir often. Add chicken and carrots; cook 10 minutes, stir often. Push green beans to the side. Add more oil if necessary. Add mushrooms, cook 1 minute. Stir often. Add soup, 1/4 cup of water, sherry and soy sauce. Heat; stir often. Good meal for six.
