KELLY'S SPICY HOT NUTS 
2 c. cashews or pecans or walnuts
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. powdered red chilies or cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin

Saute nuts in butter for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove nuts. Drain well on paper towels. Place salt, pepper and cumin in a paper bag. Add nuts and shake to coat them well. Enjoy.
