APRICOT DESSERT 
LAYER 1:

1 lg. orange Jello
1 can apricots, cut into pieces
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pineappl juice

Mix all together. Pour into serving dish. Let set.

LAYER 2:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg
1 med. Cool Whip
Grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together in saucepan. Cook on low until thickened. Cool. Fold in medium Cool Whip. Spread over Jello and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
