APRICOT JELLO DESSERT 
2 pkgs. Jello (apricot or any flavor)
1 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (save juice of pineapple)
1 banana
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold water, pineapple, banana, marshmallows and pecans. Refrigerate until set.

ICING:

2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
Pineapple juice
8 oz. cream cheese

Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Add 8 ounce cream cheese. Pour over top of Jello mixture.
