MUSHROOMS AND SOUR CREAM | |
1 med. onion, sliced 1/4 c. butter 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed & halved if large 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. sherry 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste Saute onion in butter until limp. Add mushrooms. Cover and cook slowly 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until thoroughly heated and mushrooms are tender. Easy, delicious and rich. |
