PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. canned pumpkin, 16 oz. can
2 c. flour
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix sugar, pumpkin, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl. Combine flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spices, baking powder and salt. Add to mixture. Mix well. Pour mixture into large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
