PUMPKIN ICE CREAM 
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Graham cracker crust
Pecans

Let ice cream soften, then blend in pumpkin, spices and sugar. Pour into crust. Sprinkle pecans on top. Cover with foil and freeze until ready to serve.
