PUMPKIN ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pumpkin

Mix first 3 ingredients for crust and pat into 9"x9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

FILLING: Combine remaining ingredients, EXCEPT the pumpkin and ice cream, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in ice cream and pumpkin. Pour filling over crust and refrigerate.

NOTE: To make for a 13"x9" pan; double filling and use 1 1/2 times the recipe for the crust.
