BUFFALO (HOT) WINGS 
5 lbs. frozen wings
1 stick butter
Louisiana hot sauce
Vinegar

Thaw wings, season with salt and pepper. Fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Roll in hot sauce, single layer in baking pan. Heat in oven 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees until crisp or you are ready to eat them.

SAUCE:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. hot sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar

In medium size saucepan, bring to a boil then simmer slowly. Make additional sauce as needed. Any leftover sauce can be used for dipping wings. Garlic powder can be added to sauce, approximately 1 tablespoon per batch. Experiment with hot sauce to find your own limit.
