MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 lg. onion, grated
1 sm. can corn
2 tbsp. sugar
1 jalapeno pepper, grated
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. oil
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all well and pour into greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
