MEXICALI SALAD 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can refried beans
3 tomatoes
1 pkg. corn chips
1 sm. pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lg. head lettuce
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir taco seasoning mix and refried beans into meat and cook until vegetables are heated through. Set aside to cool.

Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Cut up tomatoes. Put lettuce and tomatoes in bowl. Pour meat mixture over lettuce and tomatoes and toss. Fold in cheese. Crush chips and toss with mixture. May add taco sauce, if desired. Serves 10.
