LINGUINI FISH MARINARA 
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lg. can plum tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. white, dry wine
1 lb. any combination of seafood (1/2 lb. shrimp, 1/2 lb. scallops or sealegs)
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. crushed thyme
1 tsp. fresh crushed pepper
1 lb. linguini

Saute garlic in olive oil until soft, golden. Add tomatoes (cut whole tomatoes in small pieces), chicken stock, wine, seasonings, except parsley. Simmer slowly 10 minutes. Add shrimp and scallops (LOW heat). Simmer slowly a few more minutes. Add fresh chopped parsley.
