Sweet Potato Casserole - Recipe

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

3 Cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup butter

Combine and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Topping:

2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup melted butter

Mix topping well. Cover top of casserole.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350.
