TUNA MOUSSE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. boiling chicken broth
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. cucumber, shredded

Soften gelatin in lemon juice in large bowl. Add broth and stir to dissolve gelatin. Add next six ingredients and beat until mixed. Chill for 30 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy. Fold in tuna and cucumber. Turn into mold and chill at least 3 hours. It's good to eat as a salad or as a sandwich spread.
