MICROWAVE CORN ON THE COB 
4 ears of corn
4 tsp. butter
Salt
Pepper

Remove husks from corn and clean. Spread 1 teaspoon of butter on each ear. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap separately in wax paper twisting the ends to close. Microwave on High for 4 minutes or until tender. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

We like to put the ears whole, unshucked, in the microwave for 3-4 minutes for one, 4-6 for more. They're hot!, take them out and wait five minutes, cut the bottoms off and peel. Great!
