| MICROWAVE CORN ON THE COB | |

4 ears of corn 4 tsp. butter Salt Pepper Remove husks from corn and clean. Spread 1 teaspoon of butter on each ear. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap separately in wax paper twisting the ends to close. Microwave on High for 4 minutes or until tender. Serves 4. | |

We like to put the ears whole, unshucked, in the microwave for 3-4 minutes for one, 4-6 for more. They're hot!, take them out and wait five minutes, cut the bottoms off and peel. Great!
