PINEAPPLE-NUT SLAW 
1/3 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 lg. can (28 oz.) crushed (drained) or tidbit pineapple
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. honey

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, pineapple, raisins, walnuts and celery.

In a small bowl mix the poppy seeds, sour cream and honey. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
